Pani Puri Kit Instructions

You're going to have a fun time with Lukshmi Gourmet Kitchen Pani Puri Kit — How to Assemble

Step 1: Crack the puri (crunchy spheres)
Gently tap the center of the puri shell to create a small hole, without shattering the whole shell.

Step 2: Add the stuffing
Spoon in a bit of the potato and garbanzo (chickpea) stuffing — just enough to fill about half the shell.

Step 3: Add your chutneys (to taste)

  • (Green) Cilantro Chutney → controls the spice. Add more for extra heat, less if you want it mild. Pro Tip - you can pre- mix your chutneys in the provided bottle of Golgappa water to make it more spicy.
  • (Brown) Tamarind Chutney → controls the sweet-tangy flavor. Add more for a sweeter bite. Pro Tip - you can pre- mix your chutneys in the provided bottle of Golgappa water to make it sweeter and tangier.

Step 4: Choose your finish

  • Classic Pani Puri → top off with gol gappe water (the spiced, tangy mint-cumin water) and eat immediately, in one bite, and then make the next one like a flavor bomb.
  • GolGappe Chaat style → skip the water and instead spoon in plain yogurt for a creamier, tangy-sweet version. Great if you want something less messy or a cooling twist.

Step 5: Eat right away
Pani puri is a one-bite, eat-immediately snack — the shell gets soggy fast, so assemble one at a time and pop it in right after filling.
